All orders are non-refundable once access to the course has been shared. This policy is in place to protect the integrity and value of our course materials.

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if the course has not been accessed at all. This means that the course access has not been sent from the EIAT e-University team. To request a cancellation, please contact us at Info@eiat.ae within the 24-hour window.
